Welcome to Mountain America Stadium, the proud home of Sun Devil Football!

Mountain America Stadium is an iconic venue with a rich history that spans several decades. Originally opened in 1958 as Sun Devil Stadium, it has served as the home of Arizona State University’s football team, the Sun Devils, for many years. Over the decades, the stadium has hosted numerous significant events, including college football games, bowl games, concerts, and large-scale sporting events.

Located on the campus of Arizona State University, Mountain America Stadium is one the of the most aesthetic, dynamic, innovative and beautiful collegiate stadiums in the nation!

Frank Kush Field was named the Collegiate Football Field of the Year in 2025 by the Sports Field Management Association. The natural grass, pristine playing field, and unique design for all six home games helped Sun Devil Football to a perfect 6-0 home record, Big 12 Championship and an appearance in the College Football Playoff Quarterfinals in the 2025 season.

Named after legendary Head Coach Frank Kush, the stadium has hosted legendary players like Pat Tillman and cultural icons like Pope John Paul II. For more than four decades, it’s been the backdrop of unforgettable games like numerous Fiesta Bowls and Super Bowl XXX.

The stadium also annually hosts Pat’s Run, which benefits the Pat Tillman Foundation. More than 35,000 participants take part in the April tradition.
