Our Company was founded in New York City in 1973 as Town Squash Inc. What began as an opportunity to bring the popular sport of squash to the New York masses exploded into to a network of full-service fitness clubs across five states. Our growth was driven by innovative fitness programs, dedication to quality + service, understanding our members, and maintaining a familiar, neighborhood feel. We proudly offer the best value for your fitness dollar. After facing some challenges, we have new ownership and new leadership and a renewed commitment to better serve our members. We are broadening our offerings and investing in new experiences from recovery to heavy lifting to authentic boutique fitness.
